2018 ANZAC Awards

The Nationals Member for Mildura, Peter Crisp is encouraging people to nominate worthy individuals or groups for the 2018 ANZAC Awards.

“The awards recognise the efforts and achievements of outstanding Australians who have served their community with compassion, dedication and selflessness”, Mr Crisp said.

“Award winners will be those whose unsung work and commitment is making a difference - young or old – ex service or not.

“Winners will display ANZAC qualities such as doggedness, tenacity, endurance and constancy to an exceptional degree.

“We have many people in our region whose contribution to our rural communities is truly selfless and worthy of such an award.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for these people to be recognised for the huge contribution they make to our communities”, he said.

“It would be wonderful to see the great works of our community members recognised in the nominations for these awards,” Mr Crisp said.

Nomination packs are available via the RSL Victorian website www.rslvic.com.au or by calling (03) 9655 5555.

Nominations close on Friday, 1 December 2017.
